A PERSONAL TRAINER ON A MISSION TO HELP WOMEN BE FIT FOR ADVENTURES AND DAILY LIFE

We’ve built a brand-new Fitness Facility at our home outside Clawddnewydd, Denbighshire.

From here, I provide private / semi-private services that aim to lay a foundation for athleticism transferrable to mountains, trails, water and daily life.
​
I believe in a Health first approach*. We all start and re-start somewhere in pursuit of goals. I do my best to understand and meet you where you are in life.
​
I have limited the number of clients I work with to ensure that I give my best efforts to you.
​
*If you’re thinking ‘what does this mean?’, I describe it as an ethos where workouts are challenging and may well feel hard, but they’re incorporated in programmes skewed toward supporting sustainable Fitness for a lifetime. We’re not trying to beat the body up and feel sore for days on end. I know I’m hoping to feel athletic and spry enough when I’m 65 and beyond to enjoy cycling or skiing without issues.

A LITTLE ABOUT HOWÂ I WORK
FITNESSÂ

Our first 1-1 session will always begin with a Consultation. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about one another, complete important paperwork and undertake any assessments. We'll then delve into shaping attainable and motivational goals.

Fitness or Nutrition Consultations will take place online or onsite in our bespoke Facility here in Denbighshire . . . check out our blog for the story of our gym build.
​
If you're opting for Personal Training services, I'll use information captured from our Consultation to create quality individualised sessions. Clients typically opt for weekly sessions but higher or lower frequencies can be accommodated to suit.
​
If you enjoy training with a friend or sibling, let me know. We have the capacity to turn sessions into partner workouts. Even better you could split the cost and share the experience.
​
If you're opting for Programme Design services, I'll use information captured from our Consultation to create a personalised Fitness Training or Nutrition programme and issue this to you within 5 days.
​
I'll be available for a call to give you an opportunity to clarify any content and to ask questions before you get going.
​
At pre-agreed points (throughout and at the end of the 4 weeks) we'll have an opportunity to evaluate and provide feedback on your progress and the programme.
