WHAT INFORMATION DO WE HOLD?

Information you give us.  We endeavour to collect and use your personal information only with your knowledge and consent and typically when you make enquiries, use our services, request product information or when you respond to communication from us, for example, questionnaires.

The type of personal information we may collect could include, for example, your name, postal address, personal description, telephone number, email address and debit/credit card information, as well as lifestyle and other information that you have told us about your health and training habits on registration or through questionnaires, to help us ensure we provide the best care and service we can.

With regards to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or information about your visit including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from out site, page response times and products you viewed or searched for.
